What We Offer

Three services.
Each one solving a real problem.

We don't offer everything — we offer three focused services that address the specific accounting gaps online sellers run into most often. Clear scope, transparent pricing, delivered by people who understand how selling across channels actually works.

How to think about choosing a service

The three services below can be taken individually or combined, depending on where the gaps are in your current setup. If you're unsure which applies to your situation, the descriptions below should help — and you're welcome to get in touch if you'd like to talk it through first.

Each service has a defined scope and transparent pricing. No hidden extras, no vague retainer arrangements.

Multi-channel sales reconciliation
Service 01 · Monthly

Multi-Channel Sales Reconciliation

$260 / month

If you sell on multiple platforms, your revenue figures rarely match your bank deposits cleanly. Payout timing, refund offsets, currency conversions, and fee deductions all create gaps between what platforms report and what actually arrives. This service closes those gaps — every month.

What's included

Monthly reconciliation of all connected sales channels against bank records

Fee categorization by type (referral, fulfillment, advertising, storage)

Returns and refunds mapped to correct periods

Monthly plain-language summary of what the figures show

Channel-by-channel breakdown so you can see each platform's contribution

Suited to: sellers on 2+ platforms who want clean books without doing the reconciliation themselves.

Service 02 · Monthly

Inventory & Cost-of-Goods Tracking

$340 / month

Revenue tells you what came in. Margin tells you what stayed. For growing stores with multiple products, understanding which lines are genuinely contributing — and which are busy but not profitable — requires tracking that goes beyond a basic P&L. This service provides that, in reports that are readable without a finance background.

What's included

Per-product cost of goods tracking updated monthly

True margin by product line, net of platform fees and fulfilment costs

Stock movement tracking to support reorder decisions

Monthly margin report presented in plain language

Trend visibility across periods so shifts in profitability are visible early

Suited to: stores with 5+ active products that want to make stocking and pricing decisions from real margin data.

Inventory and cost of goods tracking
Sales tax and VAT mapping
Service 03 · Setup

Sales Tax & VAT Mapping

$420 / setup

Selling into multiple regions — or even using international marketplaces — can create tax collection and reporting obligations you may not be aware of. This isn't an alarm: most situations are manageable once they're understood. This service maps where you likely have obligations, explains what each involves, and gives you practical next steps you can act on calmly.

What's included

Review of your sales destinations across all active channels

Identification of jurisdictions where you may have collection or reporting obligations

Plain-language explanation of what each obligation involves

Practical next steps document with priority guidance

Follow-up call to walk through the findings and answer questions

Suited to: sellers with customers in multiple countries who want to understand their position without overstating or understating what's required.

Using services together

The three services address different layers of the same challenge. Many sellers find that two or more work well in combination.

Common pairing

Reconciliation + Inventory

Clean books alongside margin tracking. You get both the accurate revenue picture and the per-product profitability data. A natural combination for sellers who want a complete monthly view.

Getting organized

Reconciliation + Tax Mapping

Start with clean books and an understanding of your tax position. The mapping is a one-time setup; reconciliation runs monthly. A sensible starting point for sellers new to multi-region selling.

What getting started looks like

No complicated setup. No long intake forms. Here's the straightforward version.

01

You reach out

A short message telling us what you sell and which platforms you use. That's enough to get started.

02

We have a quick conversation

We discuss your situation, confirm which service or combination suits you, and answer any questions about scope.

03

We set up the structure

We build the reconciliation framework around your channels. This usually takes a few days for a straightforward setup.

04

Monthly delivery begins

From the first full month, you receive reconciled books and your reports on a regular schedule.

A few questions that come up

Do I need to be using specific accounting software?

We work with the main accounting platforms commonly used by e-commerce sellers. If you're already using something, we'll adapt to it. If you're not, we'll suggest something straightforward during the initial conversation.

What platforms do you reconcile?

We work with all major marketplaces and selling platforms — Amazon, Shopify, Etsy, eBay, WooCommerce, and others. If you sell somewhere specific, mention it when you get in touch and we'll confirm coverage.

Is there a minimum contract period?

We don't lock clients into long contracts. Monthly services run month-to-month after an initial setup period. We'd rather keep clients because the work is useful than because they're obligated to stay.

How do I know which service is right for me?

If reconciliation is the main frustration — numbers that don't match, unclear fee deductions — start with Service 01. If you want to understand product-level profitability, Service 02 addresses that. If cross-border tax is a question mark, Service 03 is the right starting point. When in doubt, get in touch and we'll figure it out together.

What does the tax mapping service actually produce?

You receive a written document identifying the regions where you likely have collection or reporting obligations, what each involves in plain terms, and a prioritized list of next steps. We also walk through it with you on a call. The goal is that you leave knowing your position and what to do about it — not just sitting with a list of concerns.

Something here look useful?

Get in touch with a brief note about your setup. We'll confirm whether it's a good fit and answer any questions before anything is agreed.
